9 information cards and a lecture-performance based on Kerem Ozan Bayraktar’s work “The Great Oxidation Event”

Prepared by Sergen Şehitoğlu for Kerem Ozan Bayraktar’s exhibition “Rocks and Winds, Germs and Words” the lecture-performance on chemistry science, with a focus on combustion reactions, took place at SANATORIUM on October 18, 2019.

The lecture-performance concentrates on the scope of the 5th of the 9 information cards in the book that is produced in parallel with the exhibition and prepared by Sergen Şehitoğlu, based on Kerem Ozan Bayraktar’s work titled “The Great Oxidation Event”.

“Curiosity about what is happening around us is a necessity of human nature. To fulfill this curiosity, a minimum level of knowledge of science, especially natural sciences, is essential and useful.”
